What products does the Delivery Guarantee apply to?

The Delivery Guarantee applies to all standard and custom-fit car mats ordered on the CarMats.co.uk website for delivery within the UK, where the Guaranteed Next Working Day is selected at checkout.

What is the Delivery Guarantee?

We guarantee that eligible car mats will be delivered on the next working day after dispatch when the Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery option is chosen at checkout.

To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (UK time) on a working day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders with a PVC heelpad or embroidery take an additional 1-2 working days to be produced. The delivery lead time is otherwise unchanged, so these items would arrive in 2-3 working days.

If your order does not arrive on the next working day after dispatch, simply contact our Customer Service team and we’ll refund your delivery charge to your CarMats.co.uk account as credit.

What if the delivery doesn’t arrive on time?

If your order hasn’t arrived by the end of the next working day after dispatch, you can get in touch with our Customer Service team:

Our team will investigate the delay with UK Mail, and if your claim is validated, we’ll credit your CarMats.co.uk account with the amount you paid for delivery.

General

The Delivery Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Exceptional or unforeseen circumstances outside of CarMats.co.uk’s control that impact delivery (including operational delays with UK Mail)

  • Any products other than standard or custom-fit car mats

  • Orders using any delivery method other than UK Mail’s Next Working Day service

  • Deliveries to the following excluded postcodes where next working day delivery may not be available:
    AB, BT, DD9–11, DG5–9, EH18–55, FK, G1–53, G61, G64, G66–70, GY, HS, IM, IOM, IV, JE, KA27–30, KW, KY10–16, ML1–9, PA20–80, PH30–44, PO30–41, TD, TR21–25, ZE

  • Orders delivered to addresses outside of the United Kingdom
