Delivery Guarantee - FAQ
What products does the Delivery Guarantee apply to?
The Delivery Guarantee applies to all products ordered on the VanMats.co.uk website for delivery within the UK, where the Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery option is selected at checkout.
What is the Delivery Guarantee?
We guarantee that eligible orders will be delivered on the next working day after dispatch when the Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery option is chosen at checkout.
To qualify for same-day dispatch, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (UK time) on a working day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders with a PVC heelpad or embroidery take an additional 1-2 working days to be produced. The delivery lead time is otherwise unchanged, so these items would arrive within 2-3 working days of ordering.
What if the delivery doesn’t arrive on time?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the end of the next working day after dispatch, you can get in touch with our Customer Service team:

Our team will investigate the delay with our courier, and if your claim is validated, we’ll add the amount you paid for delivery to your VanMats.co.uk account as credit. The delivery charge is returned as account credit, not as a refund to your original payment method, and you can use it towards a future order.
General
The Delivery Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- Exceptional or unforeseen circumstances outside of VanMats.co.uk’s control that impact delivery (including operational delays with our courier)
- Orders using any delivery method other than Guaranteed Next Working Day
- Orders delivered to addresses outside of the United Kingdom
- Deliveries to the following excluded postcodes where next working day delivery may not be available (listed below)
